Belly Pic!

Here I am at 22 weeks! I will have to say I am enjoying being pregnant alot more than I ever thought I would. I have been really lucky with NO morning sickness and really no bad side affects. I already love this little fella so much. I look at his picture almost daily. He has already melted me. This weekend Tim and I are going to look at nursery furniture I'm so excited! Luckily we've had so many friends that have had babies before us that have told us all the great places to go! Once we get our nursery in order I'll post some pictures!

Birthday Festivities!

Whew! What a week! A good week it was though. I was treated well on my 30th birthday last Wednesday! I started the day with my favorite bagel boy coffee. I was welcomed with a cube decorated with balloons, streamers, signs, banners, flowers and gifts! It was a wondeful way to start my day. I was taken to lunch by my co workers and a surprise guest joined us, a great friend of mine who is a stay at home mom with her little girl! We had a nice lunch. Throughout the day I heard from everyone whether it be by phone, or email, facebook, text. If we were all treated this well everyday we would never go feeling unloved! I got home later that day and was welcomed by more cards and gifts from my husband, then we were off to a small surprise party (that I found out about) with our small group and some close friends. It was a wonderful day! My parents came this past weekend to celebrate, we hadn't seen them since Christmas so it was a very enjoyable weekend! We grilled out filets Friday night, had some good wine (everyone but me that is) and good conversation! Saturday mom and I went maternity clothes shopping and fit in a little bit of baby bedding browsing. It was a fun afternoon something we wish we got to do alot more of. Tim was back at home finishing up our new deck! It looks great and the weather was beautiful for a change so he was able to finish it. I will post pictures soon. That evening my parents took us out to dinner and we had another enjoyable evening! The birthday festivities lasted from Wednesday through Sunday night so all in all I entered the Big 30 with a bang!

Well as you've noticed I haven't blogged much lately. I took a break! I think I lost my readers too after my blogs got far and few between. Oh well I hope to get back into it this year. We have alot going on. As most of you know we are expecting a little boy beginning of July and I turn 3o in about a week. Ekkk not so sure how I feel about that. Lots to write about so stay tuned for more to come.....
